Automatic Sand Blasting Machine has two stepper motors first motor is utilized for rotating the table and the second motor has utilized for moving up and down the gun by reciprocating movement.

In the Automatic Sand Blasting Machine, The workpiece is placed on the turntable and rotated by the stepper motor first, then by the second motor, we can alter the Sand Blasting nozzles position up and down, and there are four switches on the control panel. We may vary the Sand Blasting nozzle position by switches, such as 154, 250, 305, and 355mm.  on the control panel has a switch through this switch we can on/off the Automatic Sand Blasting process. and also we control the speed of the table rotating through the regulator switch. Start the air compressor first. Fill the Automatic Sand blasting cabinet with abrasive material, then place the workpiece on the turntable in the Automatic Sand Blasting Cabinet. The Solenoid valve or ball valve regulates a large amount of high-pressure air supplied by the air compressor. Wherever fluid and airflow must be controlled automatically, a pinch valve is used. After that, a non-return valve is employed to keep the moisture separator safe. The ball valve is manually controlled (On/Off) by the operators.

Sand blasting machine (SB 1000 & 1000R) or large portable sand blaster is typically powered by a Sand Blasting compressor and the large Portable Sand Blasting machine 1000 & 1000R (remote) is named so because of its  Abrasive Tank Capacity 1000kg. In this large portable sandblaster, the machine cleaning rate is high as compared to other portable sand blasting machines. Portable sand blaster sandblasting pot capacity is also high. As compared with others we require to fill 4-5 times less of the blasting pot. There are wheels in this which help in easy movement. There is a sieve established at the top of the blast pot from where we would fill the abrasive media (Sand). In this there is no remote controller, therefore, the operator needs to control the machine manually by ON/OFF the knob. Even there is big blasting holes diameter. Even it is more reasonable in comparison with remote control portable air sandblaster.  this machine will blast up to 24 to 28 sqmtrs. per hour.

This machine is the smallest contractor unit in our range, it can be loaded into the back of a small commercial vehicle by one man with great ease, giving reasonable production rate coupled with lower air consumption,  production rate approx 12 to 14 sqmtr. per hour

Sand blasting machine 500 & 500R(remote) or large medium range of sand blaster is typically powered by a min 80CFM Air compressor and the Universal Sand Blasting machine 500 & 500R (remote) is named so because of its  Abrasive Tank Capacity 500-600kg. In this portable sandblaster, the machine cleaning rate is 14 to 16 sqmtr.

In this there is no remote controller, therefore, the operator needs to control the machine manually by ON/OFF the knob. Even there is big blasting holes diameter. Even it is more reasonable in comparison with remote control portable air sandblaster.  this machine will blast up to 14 to 18 sqmtrs. per hour.

Smallest in our range, this machine is ideal for remedial work, glass etching and general maintanance, Easily transportable, this machine has a blast time of approx. 20-25 mins.
